Payment and billing:

You must select a payment method, and you are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Payments are non-refundable.

Proof of identification:

Cellbay Mobiles reserves the right to ask for proof of identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide this proof can result in order cancellation.

Limitation of liability:

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Cellbay Mobiles and its parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and licensors harmless from any and all claims, liability, losses, costs, and expenses incurred by you in connection with your use of the services or any breach of the terms.

Shipping info:

The estimated time of delivery is 7 to 12 days from the date of technically and commercially clear order and acceptance. Shipping charges will be extra unless mentioned clearly. Dispatch of goods will be through reputed couriers. Delivery of goods will be made only on weekdays and working days. No delivery during weekends, holidays, and after office hours. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Applicable taxes:

All prices exclude value-added tax (VAT)/central sales tax and service tax as applicable in India unless otherwise stated.

Warranty:

Mobile handsets and chargers are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufacturers for defects in material and workmanship. Cellbay Mobiles does not give a warranty and does not hold out any warranty on products sold. Cellbay Mobiles will not be responsible for any defective or deficient products; such goods must be repaired only by authorized service centers of the equipment manufacturer.
