Return & Refund Policy

To initiate the refund process, customers must contact us through email, phone, or WhatsApp customer care.

Return Policy Process:
  1. Cellbay Mobiles reserves the right to reject returns for any brand or model depending on the product’s damage.
  2. The return process may be restricted based on the Brand and model of the product.
  3. Notify us via email within 24 hours from the day the product is received.
  4. Customers will receive notification via email or message regarding return acceptance within two days of product receipt.
  5. If the product is damaged, it should not be used.
  6. During the return process, ensure the product has all accessories and is in the same package as received.
  7. Submit the invoice as proof of purchase during the return process.
  8. Ensure the collection executive performs the packing in front of you and requests an acknowledgment copy.
  9. The acceptance of product returns will be communicated through email.
  10. The duration of product return varies depending on the damage.
  11. If the product gets damaged during shipping, the return time will depend on the availability of the same product configuration, color, and stock.
  12. If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, the return time will depend on the commitment given by the brand company (minimum 7 working days).
Refund Policy Process:
  1. Notify us via email within 24 hours from the day the product is received, mentioning the reason for the refund.
  2. Customers will be notified via email, message, web chat, or WhatsApp about the acceptance of the refund within two days of product receipt.
  3. Submit the invoice as proof of purchase during the refund process.
  4. Customers will receive notification via email or message about the refund acceptance within two days of product receipt.
  5. The refund process takes at least 7 working days.
  6. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account used for the payment during the purchase.
  7. A 2% deduction will be made as credit card or debit card fees if used during the purchase.
  8. If the customer doesn’t receive the refund amount within 7 working days, we recommend contacting the respective bank representatives for clarification. If there is no update, kindly reach out to our customer care via phone or email.
